My groceries cart looks like it lucks variety because I buy only ingredients for my meals. People around feel obligated to buy snacks and drinks.
I agree with you than people are different, but I would advise anyone to eliminate eating more than 3 times a day of anything, and consider sweet drinks and fruits to be the food.
